Apple Pay uses security functions integrated into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. For the release of a payment, the entry of a code previously defined by you as well as the verification by means of the "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function of your terminal device is therefore required. For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process, together with information about your order, is passed on to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay to carry out the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the source website to confirm the success of the payment. If personal data is processed during the described transmissions, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO. When you use Apple Pay on iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made through Safari on Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple's servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you personally. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone settings. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay," and uncheck "Allow payments on Mac." For more information about Apple Pay privacy, please visit the following web address: https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027. - Google Pay If you choose the payment method "Google Pay" of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), the payment processing is carried out via the "Google Pay" application of your mobile device running at least Android 4.4 ("KitKat") and having an NFC function by charging a payment card deposited with Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). For the release of a payment via Google Pay in the amount of more than €25, the prior unlocking of your mobile end device by the respective verification measure set up (such as facial recognition, password, fingerprint or pattern) is required. For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process, together with information about your order, will be passed on to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a uniquely assigned transaction number to the source website, with which a payment made is verified. This transaction number does not contain any information about the real payment data of your payment means deposited in Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a one-time valid numeric token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google only acts as an intermediary to process the payment transaction. The transaction is carried out exclusively in the relationship between the user and the source website by debiting the means of payment deposited with Google Pay. Insofar as personal data is processed during the described transfers, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO. Google reserves the right to collect, store and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for each transaction made via Google Pay. This includes the date, time and amount of the transaction, merchant location and description, a description of the purchased goods or services provided by the merchant, photos that you have attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or the sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description for the reason for the transaction and, if applicable, the offer associated with the transaction. All processing described above, in particular the reading of information on the end device used via the tracking pixel, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Without this consent, Youtube videos will not be used during your visit to the site. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website via alternative options communicated to you on the website. Further information on data protection at "Youtube" can be found in the Youtube terms of use at https://www.youtube.com/static?template=terms and in Google's data protection declaration at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
10.5 Use of Vimeo videos Plugins of the video portal Vimeo of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA are integrated on our website. When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Vimeo. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Vimeo directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Vimeo receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Vimeo account or are not currently logged in to Vimeo. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Vimeo server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Vimeo, Vimeo can directly assign your visit to our website to your Vimeo account. If you interact with the plugins (such as pressing the start button of a video), this information is also transmitted directly to a Vimeo server and stored there. If you do not want Vimeo to directly assign the data collected via our website to your Vimeo account, you must log out of Vimeo before visiting our website. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Vimeo, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in the privacy policy of Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/privacy. For videos from Vimeo that are embedded on our site, the tracking tool Google Analytics of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland, is automatically integrated. This is Vimeo's own tracking, to which we have no access and which cannot be influenced by our site. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies" for tracking, which are text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. All processing described above, in particular the reading of information on the end device used via the tracking pixel, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO. Without this consent, Vimeo videos will not be used during your visit to the site. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website via alternative options communicated to you on the website.
10.6 Shopvote graphics To display our ShopVote seal and the collected and/or aggregated ratings, if any, we have integrated ShopVote graphics on this website. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in an optimal marketing of our offer, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The ShopVote graphics and the services advertised with them are an offer of Blickreif GmbH, Schulstraße 46, 80634 Munich. When the ShopVote graphics are called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the source of the call (access data) and documents the call. This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site. Further personal data is not collected or stored by the ShopVote graphics.

When you call up a page, your browser loads the required fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. Because MyFonts' claim to remuneration for providing the fonts is calculated on the basis of the individual access volume to the website, we use a tracking pixel, i.e. a single-pixel image file, which is stored on our website. This pixel enables access count measurement and counts page visits that have taken place. 10.10 Shopsync for Shopify
This website uses the Shopify app "Shopsync" from ShopSync LLC, PO Box 252, Jefferson City, TN 37760, USA. With the help of ShopSync, the newsletter service "Mailchimp" is synchronized with our Shopify account in such a way that, on the one hand, updates in Mailchimp email lists (such as a newsletter recipient opting out) are also automatically stored on Shopify and, on the other hand, new contact data generated via contracts concluded on Shopify are automatically transferred to the Mailchimp email lists.
In the former case, data processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in the effective and cross-system maintenance of the files of advertising addressees and the efficient observance of legally significant status changes.
In the second case, exclusively on the basis of the user's express consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a DSGVO, after a contract has been concluded on Shopify for inclusion in the Mailchimp list, the user's first and last name, address and mail address together with transaction-related information (purchase amount, time and date of purchase) are transferred by ShopSync to Mailchimp.
Data transferred in this way is not stored or retained by ShopSync after synchronization. All information synced between Shopify and Mailchimp is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and all transmitted information remains encrypted during the sync process.
The synchronization process requires the transfer of information over a secure connection to servers hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States.
You can find more data protection information about ShopSync here: https://shopsync.io/privacy-policy
11) Tools and others
Cookie-Consent-Tool
This website uses a cookie consent tool to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications that require consent. The "cookie consent tool" is displayed to users in the form of an interactive user interface when they access the page, on which consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by ticking the appropriate box. By using the tool, all cookies/services requiring consent are only loaded if the respective user grants the corresponding consent by setting a check mark. This ensures that such cookies are only set on the respective user's end device if consent has been granted. The tool sets technically necessary cookies to save your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed in this context. If, in individual cases, personal data (such as the IP address) is processed for the purpose of storing, assigning or logging cookie settings, this is done in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in legally compliant, user-specific and user-friendly consent management for cookies and thus in a legally compliant design of our website. Further legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. As the responsible party, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user consent. Further information on the operator and the setting options of the cookie consent tool can be found directly in the corresponding user interface on our website.
