For deliveries shipped to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional import duties, customs clearance fees and possible import sales taxes may apply for certain countries. The amount of the fee depends on the country of delivery. Please check with your local customs for these fees. Unfortunately, the fees cannot be covered by me and must be paid by you.
If the package cannot be delivered, you will have to pay the corresponding return and original shipping charges. Please note that for orders deemed delivered or unsuccessful delivery attempts, GEMLY & Co. is not responsible. If the package is refused acceptance, the charges will be deducted from your credit upon return.

Returns
You imagined the jewelry differently and it didn't spark in the first moment? No problem, you are welcome to return the jewelry!
After receiving your goods, you have 14 days to return the item. Please adhere to this deadline, as GEMLY & Co. will not be able to accept the return after this time. Please make sure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect and unworn condition. Sets can unfortunately only be returned complete. If you wish to exchange your item, you must return it and place a new order. Unfortunately, gift certificates cannot be returned.
Please be sure to include the completed returns form in the return so that your return can be processed and assigned. Here you can download and fill out the returns form.
Please place your order only if you are absolutely sure. Because GEMLY & Co. unfortunately can not cover the shipping costs of your return. Unfree shipments will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. But the good news: If you pay with Paypal, Paypal can cover the cost of your return 12 times a year. Please keep proof of shipment until your return has been fully refunded, just to be on the safe side. I recommend you use insured shipping, as GEMLY & Co. is not liable if the package is lost. Eine Empfangsbestätigung wird nicht geschickt. After I receive your return, it will be checked as soon as possible and you will get your money back to the original payment method within 14 days. International customs incurred will not be refunded (applies to deliveries outside the EU).
